ChairFill: AI Barber Client Reactivation System

A landing and waitlist platform for an AI-powered iMessage outreach tool that helps independent barbers automatically identify lapsed clients, recover lost revenue, and fill empty chair slots — without sending a single text themselves.

The Problem

Independent barbers lose recurring revenue from lapsed clients but lack the time, tools, and marketing expertise to run consistent reactivation campaigns. Booking software acts as a waiting room — it doesn't go out and bring clients back over the channels they already use, like iMessage.

The Solution

Built a high-conversion, dark-themed Next.js landing page with an iMessage conversation mockup demonstrating the product in action. Designed around a clear value hook — 'Your old clients aren't gone. They just need a text.' — with waitlist capture, social proof, and a secondary 'See how it works' flow.
